If you adhere to no other tip on this page, adhere to this one. Keep an open mind. Be open to not knowing every place you want to go and the day you want to get there. Be open to not going to every place you think you will go. Be open to not planning every country, every city, every village, every stop before your trip.

In Five Years
Today marks the fifth year anniversary of the day we began our trip around the world. We always share our experiences from traveling, both during our round-the-world trip and our travels since then. But we haven't shared as much about how our life has changed otherwise in these past five years.

Nine Photos from Bangkok
We passed through Bangkok four different times and stayed in the city for around two months. It was during our fourth visit that my assumptions and judgments about Bangkok finally slipped away.

Travel in 2010
How addicted to travel am I that even before we went to India I was already wondering where we'd travel to in 2010? The more you travel, the more you realize you haven't seen in the world. Not to mention, the more you really want to go back to many of the places you've already seen.

The Walls of Kumbhalgarh
It is a structure so vast as to almost defy description. The massive stone walls snake around it, up and down the slopes of the Aravali Mountains, for dozens upon dozens of miles. Multiple sources seem to agree that next to China's Great Wall, the walls surrounding Kumbhalgarh are the longest in the world.
